Chief complaints  Shortness of breath, generalised weakness and itching  History of present illness  Patient was asymptomatic 1 year back and then she was diagnosed with anemia and shortness of breath grade 2, had 5 units of blood transfusions at oasis hospital Hyderabad.  Five months back she had same symptoms and had 2 units of blood transfusions at Nalgonda government hospital. Chief complaints Fever, chills , pedal edema and generalised edema  History of present illness: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 years back and then developed    bilateral back pain which is insidious in onset. Consulted an orthopedician and was diagnosed with renal failure through x-ray. He was put on medication. (Unknown) He was on dialysis from 7 months during which he developed generalised edema and was diagnosed with anemia, had 3/4 blood transfusions. Personal history: Diet : mixed
